Autoforward a NDR to another internal address

We have an Exchange mailbox that automatically sends emails. I would like to (or rather I have been asked to) have any NDR it receives (from sending to a bad address) forwarded to another user's mailbox.

Outlook rules don't seem to treat the NDR or System Administrator message (actually if you look close, Outlook calls this message a "report") as moveable by rules, either client or server based. At least not the ones I'm creating (As message arrives with certain words (System Administrator) in the Sender's Address, forward to xuser@example.com, and/or forward messages with subject (or body) undeliverable to xuser@example.com).

Does anyone have a suggestion (besides instructing the SMTP protocol to send ALL NDRs to this poor user) of how to make this happen?

I was actually able to accomplish this using an Ironport mail filter but I am assuming that is overkill for most folks. No way to do it with just Outlook and Exchange, so I guess the answer is correct.
it is what it is!
I was using it on exchange server 2013 and it was indeed possible to forward the mail but since past few days I saw that it is not forwarding the mail to other mail box. I noticed it after a patch. Also I asked some of my friend and they conveyed me that they was also forwarding on exchange server 2010. But now they can't.
