I cannot find a way to reset the Network service account in iis7.  There were vbs scripts in iis6 to do this in ii6 but i can't find anything in iis7.  Is there a way?  or to reset permissions on the network service account?

The Network Service account does not have a password, so there is no way you can reset the password.  I'm not sure what else you mean by "resetting" it?  There were scripts to reset the password for the IUSR and IWAM accounts back in IIS6, but not Network Service.
