Please let me know why I get this error message,
Error: The type or namespace name 'Management' does not exist in the namespace 'System'  (are you missing an assembly reference?) - when I put 'using System.Management.Automation;'

Yes, you did, you should add the reference.

To do so,
in the solution explorer windows, right click on "References" and choose "add reference"
then, move to "Browse" tap
go to this path: c:\Windows\assembly
choose the package called "System.Management.Automation" and press enter.
