How to export a very large cross tab report from crystal 9.2.3 to Excel2007

I need to export a cross tab report from Crystal 9.2.3 to Excel 2007, but my cross tab contains
400 columns and 100,000 rows of data, therefore the default Excel97-2000 export feature doesnt work, as it doesnt support this many rows and columns of data.

I also tried the various other export features (text, tabbed text, csv,) some "almost work", but not 100% accurate.

Do you know if I can download an Excel2007 export add-on for Crytal 9.2.3?

Ceystal dropped support for CR9 before Office 2007 was released.  There is no support for Office 2007 in CR9

You can upgrade to CR XI or CR 2008.

Free trials are available to see if they solve your issue

Before buying, I would download the free trial to make sure it resolves the issue.

My IT group says Crystal XI only lists excel97-2000 as an export feature, no mention of an Excel2007 export?  So Im assuming the text and tabbed text export features will also be limitted in the number of rows and columns as was the case in Crystal 9?

That could be.  Did you try the CR 2008 versiion.  CR XI came out before MS Office 2007 so it may not support it except through an update which probably isn't applied to the trial download.
