This has been asked before but not recently, and the web climate is continually changing.

I'd like to know what is considered to be the best country for hosting a site that would contain some P2P links. Not an offensive site, not a site primarily based on promoting copyrighted material, but a site that from time to time will contain a few P2P links to events on Sopcast or TVAnts. Links to bittorrent trackers' search results would be on the site too.
