How do I resolve this message?  It occurs everytime I try to create a new account with Business Contact Manager under Outlook 2007.  Don't tell me to reinstall anything ... it has been done ... from .NET 1.0 to 3.5 to BCM itself.

I had this error immediately after I deployed Symantec Endpoint. Only one machine did not encounter this problem!!!?

I will tell everyone that Microsoft support solved my problem.  This error was invoked by Business Contact Manager with Outlook 2007.  Creating a new profile under [Control Panel -> Mail -> Profiles] solved the problem.  Go figure!

And as a comment to the previous posting ... we learned to NEVER deploy Symantec Endpoint ... it caused nothing but problems for us.  Just our experience, and our opinion.

New profile was not the answer for me.
I even tried logging in as a new user (NEW USER PROFILE) and obviously I had to create a new Outllok profile, and I got the same problem.
I CANNOT open accounts (even though I can open Business Contacts).

I found the following resolved this issue.

Rather than creating a new Mail Profile, I used the Office Diagnostics tool in Outlook 2007:

Help menu> Office Diagnostics
Click Continue, and Run Diagnostics.
Once the Setup Diagnostic Component ran, it found one or more errors in fixed them, thus fixing the issue in this thread.
