Some Qouestions about SQL server 2005 Replication . P1

Hi
1- If I have a Tranasactional replication Is Snapshot Folder is required after all subscriber intilize? In other word ... is Snapshot Folder which contains (*.bcp,*.idx,....files )  is used by distributor or subscriber after all subscriber initilized with this snapshot ?
2- in Tranasactional replication , when i create new Publication the wizard provide me with with 2 option one of them to
"schedule the snapshot agent to runat the following times" what the benifit /needs of scheduling to creating snapshot ?

1.  The folder is used to the distributor to take the snapshot data and move it and apply it to the subscriber.
2.  Right, and the other option is for it to always run.  Sometimes you're in a situation where you don't want your data replicated, or only want it replicated at night.  This is what the option you mentioned is for.

it seems ther's a misunderstanding because my bad english
you said

my question is this folder are using for one time for first time to intialize the data "restore the date" on the subscriber , after that no need for it .. is this right?
2.  Right, and the other option is for it to always run.  Sometimes you're in a situation where you don't want your data replicated, or only want it replicated at night.  This is what the option you mentioned is for.
the option i mentioned related to SNAPSHOT agent which dont track any changes on the data ,  
you said "or only want it replicated at night." you talk about a transaction "changed data" which the napshot not concern
