Hi,

Did anyone use both systems - MS Sharepoint and PHPNuke?

Which one would you suggest for a big project and why? I am mostly concerned about usability and accessibility (i.e. if it's possible or not for a blind person to use the system).

Thanks a lot.

Hmm, that is a loaded question.  Both are quite different in overall purpose and aren't really competing products (IMHO).
If you are building a 'public' website, that is intended for people to visit and view, I'd suggest PHPNuke (or Joomla, Drupul, etc.).  If it is an internal or corporate 'collaboration' tool that you see, SharePoint is the only platform to consider, again IMHO.
As well, what development platforms are you comfortable with?  Are you on the Microsoft side (MS SQL, ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET, Windows) or are you in the open source camp (MySQL, PHP, Java, Linux).
