How do you update MS Small business Exchange 2003

What is the procedure for installing service packs for SBS Exchange 2003.  I have downloaded the service pack, however it does not start automaticly after the extract. and I do not know what to start...

Having extracted the Exchange Service Pack, you launch the install procedure by starting 'update.exe' inside \setup\i386 of the directory to which you extracted it to.

I probably need to change the way I asked the question, because it would have been nice to know some of the items ahead of time that needed to done.

I'm sorry, but I fail to see how I answered your initial question. You said "I have downloaded the service pack, however it does not start automaticly after the extract. and I do not know what to start" and I told you, 7 minutes after you posted the question, how to resolve this issue.
