how can i make my blog entries reversable?

i am using xml . when the user submits the form, that entry goes in xml and as i am showing my testinmonials through array. what happens is the latest entry comes at the bottom in the sequence, but as this is a testimonial, so the latest entry should be at the top.

How can i achieve this?
