how to import user and OU in Active Directory

We have windows 2008 Domain Controler and AD, We need to create 5000 user how we will make entry directely with out manually, how to import users and OU directly. future we want to delete how to delete also.

Are you looking to just create temporary users for testing or do they need to be specific users?

I have the same problem.  We will like to create hundred of user in active directory but with don't want to do it manually.  We need to enter these user to AD because they need to access a SharePoint.  

The information that we have in hand are the first name, last name, and email.
We need to get them setup in AD. also we will like to create a random password for each of them.
