Cluster resource 'PBX-horoap252' in Resource Group 'PBX-ClusterGroup-horoap252' failed

Hi,

   In my cluster server in the event viewer I got the following error. Cluster resource 'PBX-horoap252' in Resource Group 'PBX-ClusterGroup-horoap252' failed.

Here PBX-horoap252 is a server.







Please provide a resolution for this type of error.. and please help me why this error occured. I mean to ask I want to find out the Root cause Analysis for this issue.

Resolution: Start cluster administrator and bring the resource/group online.

Start -> Run -> Cluadmin -> Connect to cluster -> Click resources -> Right click appropriate resource and choose "Bring online" .

The rootcause might be a failed HDD, network issue or something similar. It's really hard to tell without analyzing the logs. Check the systemlog and look for error messaages that appeared just before the cluster resource failed.
