Symantec Mail security

I want to install Symantec Mail Security on Exchange server 2003 but before that i want to backup fully the OS (windows server 2003) and the exchange server in case something wrong  happen so i can restore it, so what is the best way to do that.

Use the built-in NTBackup tool. Start > Run > ntbackup > OK. From here, you can select the 'Backup Wizard' and back-up everything on the machine. When you have the option, make sure you select all hard disk drives and also select the Exchange Information store.

You can store the backup on a USB hard disk or a network share.
