I have set up a Query Based Distribution Group called "All Staff" which users can send emails to All members within the Organisations OU.   This works fine but some staff members are working offsite and cannot access the Outlook Web Access from where they are.  I need to be able to include an external email address to this query.  How do I add this address.

Should work if you add an External Contact to the OU with each persons email and include external contacts to the query.
