Hi everyone I am in the process of moving a coldfusion site from a shared server to a VPS server and I am getting a weird errror on one of my pages

The page uploads and resizes an image. Everything is working fine for images smaller then 60kb but as soon as I select anything larger then this I get the following error message

Ensure that the destination directory exists and that Coldfusion has permission to write to the given path or file. cause : java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mywebsite.com\admin\images\profile-photos\200kbfile.jpg (The system cannot find the file specified)

I have verified the the directory does in fact exist I am not exactly 100% sure how to grant coldfuison write access to the destination folder but I went into the security setting for this folder and granted all entries full control. I have access to the coldfusion administrator and have set Timeoutrequsts to 240 seconds and the Maximum size of post data is set to 100 MB there is no file size limitation set on the cffile tag the code for this is below...

In IIS i have granted the website script source acces, read & write access

Once again everything works fine as long as the file is under 60kb when I try a 200kb image i get the error message.

Does anyone have an idea what is happening? any help would be greatly appreciated

what's the update / patching level on you new server? do you have Hotfix1 and the cfimage hotfix installed on it?

PS:
this is the hotfix for this issue: http://www.adobe.com/go/kb403411

note that your server *may* already have a hotfix with same number (71557) installed - but you need to check its date to make sure it is the latest one because this hf was re-issued with same number on August 12, 2008.
also, the cumulative hf for cf8.0.1 was issued BEFORE the above updated cfimage hf, and does NOT include the fix. so if you have the cumulative hf installed, but not the cfimage hf, then you are not patched against the cfimage file-locking bug...

to check which updates are installed on your server, go to {cf_install_dir}\lib\updates - any updates you have installed will have their .jar files in that folder. no files in there = no updates installed.

Ok this helped I installed the Cumulative Hot Fix 2 for ColdFusion 8.0.1 as it looked like it included the ones you pointed out however I am still getting errors. I am able to upload images of about 6 megs in size anything larger then that and I get the following error message An exception occurred while trying to read the image.
Decoder cannot decode input.
