It's possible to find OS X disks on eBay.  They probably aren't the specific ones that came with that model, but if someone is selling boxed-type disks for a particular version of OS X they should work.  I "inherited" an old 1999-2000 era iMac wit the charcoal case.  Unfortunately no disks came with it.  I bought disks off of eBay that had Panther and Jaguar because it came with the one and then I used the other to upgrade it and they worked OK. The disks you get with a Mac usually are meant to work with just that model.  But ones that you get in the store should work with any model as long as the model can make use of that OS.  The ones that I got from eBay fit the latter definition.

Not sure what version of OS X comes with it, but you can tell by clicking on the Apple in the upper left corner of the screen and selecting "About This Mac".  So, let's say for example you have Tiger (10.4.x).  This on eBay should work

http://cgi.ebay.com/Mac-OS-X-v10-4-Tiger-Software-Retail-Family-Pack_W0QQitemZ230334770610QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Software?hash=item230334770610&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1234%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

Now, this is a family pack, which legally gives you more than one license and you probably don't need that, but the idea is that it's the "retail" version. This means it's something that you could have purchased in any Apple store and would have worked on any Mac  that is compatible with that version.

Here's another that probably would work:  http://cgi.ebay.com/MAC-OS-X-10-4-TIGER-INSTALL-RESTORE-DVD_W0QQitemZ190298630662QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Software?hash=item190298630662&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1234%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

Before you buy make sure that you conform which OS X you are currently running and if you have an Intel or PPC chip.  I"m not familiar enough with all the Mac models to say off the top which you have, but the About This Mac ought to tell you.  If you have any other questions before buying from someone on eBay, always write them and tell them what you have and ask if their copy will work.  Better sellers will include info info in the description like "works with all Macs that have a PPC processor" or "Works only with Mac minis".
