help doesn't work for eclipse using kububtu

I am trying to learn eclipse 3.2 on kubuntu ( I think it's the newest ).  Every time I ask a question in help. it writes:

The topic that you have requested is not available. The link may be wrong, or you may not have the corresponding product feature installed. This online help only includes documentation for features that are installed.

Does anyone know how to get the help docs?

if kubuntu is anything like ubuntu (sorry - really cannot keep up with all the different flavours these days buy I believe they were pretty close - ubuntu on KDE?), then it is a known issue that has a workaround (more than one actually - depends on what else you have there: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eclipse/+bug/158461

See if any of these will work.

I think kububuntu is the kde veraion of ubuntu ( Uses gnome I think ).  I don't keep up with the flavors either.  I just like where it puts the "k" button.  Don't cuss at me - I think I like it b/c it's positioned like windows "start" button.

I see the discussion.  It looks like it's a hardy problem - I'll follow where it goes.  Looks like an actual problem rather than my fault.
