After upgrading from Outlook 2000 to Outlook XP 2002 (Professional version) I discovered that the 2002 version doesn't support Custom Action in a mail rule. &nbsp;I use custom actions to reply to certain messages by activating a template. &nbsp;Formerly, under OL2000, there was a menu under Select Custom Action which included Activate Template, but it the menu blank in OL2002. &nbsp;<br />

I uninstalled OL2002 and reinstalled OL2000. &nbsp;But now, the Select Custom Action dialog menu is blank under OL2000! &nbsp;Please advise how to recover this function. &nbsp;Thank you.
