How to create a policy to delete old Calendar items

Hello Experts, I would like to know if one of you know how to create a policy in order to delete old Calender items (i.e. older than 90 days) from Exchange side. I only find a way to do that via Outlook and it will demand a hard work.

Mailbox Manager.
This guide is for Exchange 2000, but it is practically identical on Exchange 2003:
