Its hard to comprehend what your trying to do with such badly laid out code... i spotted you were missing a space between your height and width declaration.

I fixed the first function to include the iFrame, wasnt sure what the 2nd one was trying to achieve....

Easynow
<HTML><HEAd><script>
function test()
{
	var myDiv=document.createElement("div");
	myDiv.setAttribute("id","my_div");
	document.body.appendChild(myDiv);
	myDiv=document.getElementById("my_div");
	myDiv.innerHTML='<iframe frameborder=\"no\" border=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"http://google.com\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1000\"> </iframe>';
	myDiv.style.position="absolute";
	myDiv.style.left="0px";
	myDiv.style.top="0px";
}

function b2()
{
	r=t1.insertRow(3);
	c=r.insertCell(0);
	c.noWrap='nowrap';
	c.innerHTML = '<span class="title"><img src="http://google.com" alt="pix" align="middle"> price:</span>';
	c=r.insertCell(1);c.noWrap='nowrap';
	c.innerHTML = '<b>plm</b>';
	c=r.insertCell(2);
	c.noWrap = 'nowrap';
	c.innerHTML = ''+ get +'</button>';
}
</script>
<body onload="test();">
<p>content</p>
</body>
</html>

this one  looks good but it's not working... what I'm trying is to recode the page on load
function b2(){r=t1.insertRow(3);c=r.insertCell(0);c.noWrap='nowrap';c.innerHTML = '<span class="get"><img src=15x54.gif" alt="get" align="middle"> price:</span>';c=r.insertCell(1);c.noWrap='nowrap';c.innerHTML = '<b>get</b>';c=r.insertCell(2);c.noWrap = 'nowrap';c.innerHTML = '<a href=\'javascript:(function(){var myDiv=document.createElement("div");myDiv.setAttribute("id","my_div");document.body.appendChild(myDiv);myDiv=document.getElementById("my_div");myDiv.innerHTML="<iframe frameborder=\"no\" border=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"http://google.com\"width=\"1000\" height=\"1000\"></iframe>";myDiv.style.position="absolute";myDiv.style.left="0px";myDiv.style.top="0px";})();\'><button type="submit" " class="VIpriBtn"><span class="btn"><span class="btn">get &gt;</span></span></button></a>';};

Your functions refer to variables that dont appear to exist 't','c','r'...

Include you full code (with some attempt at spacing) else nobody can help you.
