sir can we use any other database with php? why only My-sql, this was asked to me in an interview?

Yes. It is possible. Download the PHP Windows Binaries installation file from http://www.php.net/downloads.php. After installation complete, you can run any php file in IIS

You can use other database than MySQL such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access...

we can use not only Mysql but also postgresql MSSQl etc.

No problem with that.
