Ladies and Gents,
Does anyone know how to transfer SEP 11 clients to a Parent server? I'm guessing there is no longer a GRC.dat file that I can just copy and paste.

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes you are correct SEP 11 is using "Sylink.xml" instead of the legacy "GRC.dat"

There's a tool called SylinkReplacer which you can get by calling technical support. This tool will help replacing sylink.xml file  (which is a configuration file) on each SEP client remotely.

Using the "SylinkReplacer" Utility

To download this utility go to https://fileshare.symantec.com/, and use
the following  login ID and password.
Login ID: sylinkreplacer
Password:  Syl1nk0!
Download Sylinkreplacer.zip

Regards,
Vishnu.
