Class not registered; Verify that MSXML6 is installed

When I launch CorelDraw X4 I receive the following error message:
Unable to create a DOM document.
Class not registered
Verify that MSXML6 is installed.
Last week I upgraded my Windows XP machine to SP3. I also installed and ran Spybot. I have tried running the repair function from the Corel install disc. I also downloaded and tried to install MSXML6 (SP2?) but the install gave me the error that my current version was more recent than what I am trying to install. What should I do?

There are several "versions" of MSXML6. I had to update MSXML6 for some install 6 months ago, and I ended up having to go to Http://download.microsoft.com and just downloading EVERYTHING that said it was some sort of a patch or upgrade to it. Seeing as it was somewhere between 4-6 items it was a boring process but eventually I found the files I needed. It might just be best to do the same. Microsoft screwed that process up a bit.

Is there anything more specific? Also, what could have caused this?
