Connect PC over VPN to SBS 2003 R2

I have an SBS 2003 R2 server up and running in one city.
In another city I have a vista ultimate pc running.
Both are connected over a VPN tunnel and it is up and working.
I added the pc to sbs server and then went to the remote pc and gave the command:
http://server/connect

At first it told me my pc wasn't in the address range and I went to the server(inetmgr) and added the pc's ip.

Now when I issue the command from the remote pc I don't get the error message, all I get is page not available. So the connect command isn't working.

I don't know if this adds to the possibility of solving this, but if I put the ip of the server into the address bar of the remote pc, it takes me to the welcome page of the server. So I assume they can see each other, but the connect command isn't working.

I some cases you can use the connectcomputer if:
1: The tunnel is persistent (hardware tunnel) or between servers using a persistent Remote access PPTP tunnel.
(If the tunnel is not active at the time of logon the wizard will not run)
2: You have to make your primary DNS the SBS server IP.
3: You have to add a DNS suffix: domain.local.
Hope that helps.

Edit the local machines host file, and add a entry for the sbs.

There are issues with name resolution over a vpn sometimes.
