I need a modal popup for our ASP page and pasted the following code, but returned error: 'Popup' is undefined

I'm getting code ideas from: http://www.javascripttoolbox.com/lib/popup/example.php

[code]
<div id="modal" style="border:3px solid black; background-color:#9999ff; padding:25px; font-size:150%; text-align:center; display:none;">
      This is a modal popup!<br><br>
      <input type="button" value="OK" onclick="Popup.hide('modal')">
</div>

<a href="#" onclick="Popup.showModal('modal');return false;">Show Modal Popup</a>
<br>
<a href="#" onclick="Popup.showModal('modal',null,null,{'screenColor':'#99ff99','screenOpacity':.6});return false;">Show Modal Popup With A Custom Screen</a>

You need to have some other js files for the model popup which are provided in the site. You need to have the popup.js at least, check the documentation given in the site. Some the scripts used in the page are

<script type="text/javascript" src="/main.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/includes/jquery.js"></script>
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="/includes/SyntaxHighlighter.css"></link>
<script language="javascript" src="/includes/sh/shCore.js"></script>
<script language="javascript" src="/includes/sh/shBrushJScript.js"></script>
<script language="javascript">$(function() { dp.SyntaxHighlighter.HighlightAll('code'); });</script><script type="text/javascript" src="/includes/toggleDiv.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript" src="/libsource.php/popup/combined/popup.js"></script>
