Flash Form won't refresh data

Well noted is the "data has expired" issue with Flash Forms using Coldfusion. Thanks to this forum I've learned to use the timeout attribute and it happens infrequently now.
I have a different issue with one form however. When I return to it it doesn't show the update to the data. I have to hit refresh in the browser to see my changes.
Resetting timeout to zero expires the form.
Big problem for me. Hope this has a friendly solution.l

TIA

Strangely enough that's what I'm doing. It's when I go back to see the update (click the link to view the record) it's as if the page is holding a cached page. A refresh does the trick. If i set the timer to zero I get a expired page warning.
The database receives the update in all cases.
