I'm trying to publish my program which is running perfectly when building in Visual Studio 2008 - but when i run the .exe file after it's published i get the following error

"System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'iTextdotNET, Version=1.4.2263.4222, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=bd3736a929f259c3' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'iTextdotNET, Version=1.4.2263.4222, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=bd3736a929f259c3'"

What am i doing wrong?  Everything is in my references - it builds perfectly inside of Visual Studio

Thank!
