I am unable to start the BES user admin services on BES server
I ma having the BES 4.1.2.25 and trying to install the BES user admin services on the same server. installed it succesfully but getting the error message on starting it that unable to start the service.

When installing the service, it asks if it should install as DOMAIN\BESAdmin and I tell it yes. It then asks for the password and I provide the password I use when I log in as BESAdmin.
It also asks during the install if I want to use SQL authentication?
I tell it No.
Another question it asks is for the MAPI profile name to connect to the besadmin mailbox
MAPI profile as BESAdmin.
The service installs just fine but when I try to start the service it returns error code -0.

Great to hear you got it sorted. If you get a chance its worthwhile upgrading you BES to the latest Service pack as mentioned. Apart from loads of new features (e.g. HTML email, remote Desktop Search) there are a large number of updates to the BES platform (including security).
