Cisco CVP Reporting Help - Informix Database

Does anyone know how to get the CALLICMInfo table in CVP Reporting Informix database populated? I have enabled all VXMLapplication data and I do see data populated in almost every other table except this one.

My first instinct was that the CallGUID was not being sent through; however, I see it in the Call Table.

We are on Cisco IPCC, ICM v7.0, CVP v7.0, CVP Reporting v7.0.

Thanks!

So after you configured the VXML filter, did you restart all of the servers?

Yup. All the tables are populating. Is there something in the ICM script you need to send through? I tried concatenating the Router Call key, Router Call Key DAy, and Router Call Key Sequence Number and I see them pass through into CVP, but not into the CallICMInfo table.

Cisco is asking if I have the ReqICMLabel node in my CVP script, which I don't. However, to my knowledge, that node is only applicable if you send the call directly to a studio script. Right?

You're beyond my working knowledge of CVP as it a whole career in and of itself in the Enterprise line and I've never had this issue, so I'm at a loss without going thru the troubleshooting guides... it sounds like you've got a TAC case open, that is probably your quickest route in addition to posting Cisco NetPro.

Ok so I am getting pointed at the ReqICMLabel node in CVP Studio. I am not familiar with this node. All the documentation I can find on it is certainly NOT black and white. Most examples are used in a CVP Standalone environment to receive calldata.Ani and calldata.DNIS.

I've been messing with this this all day and am just keep erroring out of it.

Below is a screen shot. I have implemented the formula: concatenate("ICMInfoKeys=",Call.RouterCallKey,"-",Call.RouterCallDay,"-",Call.RouterCallKeySequenceNumber).

How would I get this info set by using the ReqICMLabel?

Ridiculous no one at Cisco know how CVP reporting works. We are in a comprehensive environment and the RequestICMLabel node can only be used in a standalone...
