How to enable the IP forwarding in MAC ?

I would like to enable the IP forwarding in my MAC, so that I can use my MAC laptop as a home router to connect to other laptops, I have the same with my linux variant OS via below way

echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

How do we achieve this in MAC?
