Hyperlinks do not work when exporting crystal report to PDF

When exporting a crystal report to PDF from the ASP.NET crystal report viewer, formula derived hyperlinks contained in the report will no longer function.  These same links do infact work correctly when viewing via the Crystal Report viewer.

In the attached pdf please refer to the Documentation Section - Stage Set-up Plan, Training of the Catafalque Guard and Bus Booking Form should all be clickable.  I have added the actual hyperlink below each to test also, but would like to aviod needing to display this.

Can you post the rpt with saved data?  I'll be able to then test a few things.

Thanks - please find attached the report.  It wouldn't let me upload with rpt extension, so you'll need to rename it back.

Just tested exporting your report in my viewer application.  I used both the Crystal XI R2 RDC version as well as the Crystal 2008 .Net version.  Both produced a pdf with live web links.

This means the problem is not with the report but with the component producing the pdf export.

Just to clarify, ny viewer applications are fat clients (not asp.net applications).

i am using Vs2005 crystal report, i have the same issue with the hyperlink on PDF after exported ... so how can u fix it ? do i need to install new component or something?

Please advise, i need to make the pdf contains hyperlink.
