I am tryin gto make a video conferencing application. I want to use TAPI 3.0 for the conferecning and streaming of video and audio. But i need it to be a webpart that i can implement in Sharepoint. I have found some examples online but those are all windows form applications .Can i use this in a .NEt webpart

Look at the PKS solution on CodePlex.  It's a little tricky to setup but works great: http://www.codeplex.com/pks
