LOtus notes calendar

In lotus notes calender we have view like Day,Month,Week ,All calender entries.
In All calender entries  we have all entries of meetings including the meetings that we have cancelled but in other three views we do not have details about the cancelled meeting entries.
Please provide me the solution as I want that
1)either the meetings that I have not accepted must be displayed in the Date,Month and Week view also else
2)make a new view that shows details about all meetings and other entries that have been accepted or rejected  for last two days,today and coming two days.

First you mention "cancelled", then you mention "meetings that I have not accepted".
There is a huge difference, please clarify.

I am privy to the entirety of the design of the Lotus mail template. This code will do what you are looking do but could potentially interfere with other functionality of the mail file (particularly calendar profile preferences). Any use is at your own discretion and risk. That disclaimer being said.... This is pretty straightforward.

  • First create a copy of the $Calendar view and tell it not to update any changes whe it prompts you.
  • Rename it anything you like however leave the alias as calendar. This is now outside the lotus code stream and you will have to make future design updates to this view manuallly.
  • Remove the alias of calendar from $Calendar view so that the copy you made is now the only one with an alias of Calendar. We will now refer to your view by its alias Calendar
  • Replace your new Calendar View Selection with the following:
LCform := @LowerCase(form);
xxLCFormName := @LowerCase("AppoinTmenT");
((LCform = xxLCFormName & !@IsResponseDoc & OrgRepeat = "1" & AppointmentType = "3" & !@IsAvailable(PostedDate) & CalendarDateTime != "" ) |
(LCform = xxLCFormName & OrgRepeat = "1" & @IsAvailable(NoticeType) & @IsAvailable($REF) & !@IsAvailable(RepeatDates) ) |
(LCform = xxLCFormName & OrgRepeat = "1" & !@IsAvailable(NoticeType) & @IsAvailable($REF) & !@IsAvailable(RepeatDates) ) |
(LCform = xxLCFormName & OrgRepeat != "1" ) |
LCform = @LowerCase("NoTicE") |
( LCform= @LowerCase("(RePlyNoTicE)") & @LowerCase(DocumentType) != @LowerCase("TasK") & @LowerCase(DocumentType) != @LowerCase("TaskNotice") )) | @Contains(Form; "Appointment":"Task")
  • Then replace the first Column Value with the following:
aeCalendarDateTime := @If(@IsAvailable(CalendarDateTime) & CalendarDateTime!=""; CalendarDateTime; StartDateTime);
StartTime :=@Time(aeCalendarDateTime);
Datelist:= @If(AppointmentType="2";@Explode(@TextToTime(@Text(StartDateTime) + "-" + @Text(EndDateTime))) ;
@Explode(@TextToTime(@Text(aeCalendarDateTime) + "-" + @Text(EndDateTime))) );
@If(@IsAvailable($CSVersion) & @IsAvailable(TaskType); @TextToTime(@Text(DateList)+ " " + @Text(@Time(aeCalendarDateTime))); AppointmentType = "0":"1":"2":"3":"4";aeCalendarDateTime;@TextToTime(@Text(DateList) + " " + @Text(StartTime)))
