Code error

I have a project that used stored Procedure. I already put the correct code and command for uploading the file from access to MssqServer. But when i execute The command name "Upload"
an error message says "Run-time error '-2147217900(8004e14)': Could not find stored Procedure 'chksolditem'
I've been trying many times but i was not able to run...
i decided to attached the file for you to understand the problem.
I hope you will help me to solve the problem..

Sorry, but I doubt anybody can help you with the data you have supplied.

1) The enclosed zip file has various files in it. Which one has the code with the problem?
2) You have enclosed two mdb files, at least one of them is encrypted and requires a password?

Hi! my password in "db001"  is 03241977vnr01111980 and in "cashierfile" is 1
