Hi,

My hard drive crashed and admin folks came and installed VS6 and VS2005 pro.
Since then when I start my VS2005, I get this Source Control dialog which tells I need to check with my source control provider for compatibility and update information.
Installed provider: mS v sourcesafe
Installed version: 6.0.81.69

I guess I can check on the don't show this dialog but I would like to find out why this is popping up.
Thanks.

Its because they installed the Visual SourceSafe version 6 along with the Visual Studio 6. Do you get this dialog when running VS6 or when running VS2005?
