I have a relatively new iPhone (about a month and a half old) and am regularly experiencing a strange issue. I will be using my phone, anything from using built-in applications (mail, calendar, camera, maps, etc.) to other apps (AIM, Amazon, Facebook, NYTimes, etc.) and the phone will randomly freeze and the screen will show moving lines of color against a white screen. Sometimes if I let it go on its own it will eventually go back to normal, other times I have to reset it.<br />

I have tried restoring a number of times, both from backup and as a new phone (attempt to avoid software issues), but continually experience the same problem. Is there something I am missing or is this an issue for the guys at the Apple store?

iPhone 3G Weird Screen Freeze Issue

The iPhone is a smartphone made by Apple Inc.
