I am searching for a free (or high quality and affordable commercial) PDF printer for Terminal Server use that has an option to send created document to a specific email address (specific for each user).

- My users work in Terminal Server accounting application, and I am searching for a simple solution that would enable them to send documents generated in accounting program to themselves.

Thanks for any help.

Hi,

CutePDF writer and bullzip free PDF printer are 2 free PDF printers you can install on your TS server.
They can't mail the pdf but you can store the pdf to a folder. If you use Terminal server on windows 2003 or higher you can store the pdf file directly to your client's computer. (when you connect to TS with your client you can check the option to share your drives).
Another way is to store the PDF files localy on the TS server and in task list you run a script each 5 minutes for example that mails the contents of that disk to a certain mail adress.

A commandline mailer can be found here: http://www.beyondlogic.org/solutions/cmdlinemail/cmdlinemail.htm
(There are others to)

kind regards
