Crystal Reports sub report prompt for values??

I have two sub reports in my main report and both have parameter set in each to prompt for customer numbers, however when I run from the main report it only prompts me for one of the parameters.

I need the main report to prompt me for customer number values for each report, is this possible??

Are the subreports on-demand subreports, meaning they're only active if you click them?

Are the subreports linked to the main report?  If so, how are they linked?  From what values in the main report to what values in the subreports?

The main report is their to just dispay the two sub reports, there is no linking from the main to the sub reports.

See the attached screen shot of what it prompts me for.

The two sub reports are "MustGrow" & "MustKeep" and in both have the following parameter setup:

MustGrow Paramerter = MustGrow  and in select expert have custid = {?MustGrow}
MustKeep Parameter = MustKeep    and in select expert have custid = {?MustKeep}

I am wanting it to have two prompts - one for a list of customer numbers for the mustgrow and another for a list of customer numbers for the mustkeep
