Meeting request sent to one user received by all

Hi, I have a customer with an SBS2008 server.  If I send a meeting request from either inside the network or from outside to user1, all users receive this meeting request.  If however I send an email to user1 only user1 receives this.  
I'm sure this is something simple, but I can't find it.  Any ideas please?

Hi, found the answer.

In outlook go to Tools > Options >then Delegates.  Select the user who is receiving the meeting request and then remove the tick from delegates receive meeting request.
