How do I replicate this chart in SSRS?
Can I get the exact look?

The source is in excel and its called a stacked cylinder.

I think you could recreate this in SSRS - assuming you understand the fundamentals of creating a chart,  the chart type would be 'Stacked Column' and then in the chart properties, go to the 3D Effect tab and tick Cylinder.
