Server 2008 standard to enterprise upgrade

I am not given the option to upgrade when I try to upgrade from server 2008 standard to enterprise edition. The option is grayed out. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Sounds like you have a OEM version DVD for Enterprise that can't upgrade a system but must be a clean install.

Close, The std version is oem and will not upgrade.
