One of my users is having a recurring problem where every time she replaces a roll of labels or changes the size of the labels in her Dymo LabelWriter 400 she immediately receives a "This document failed to print" when printing labels.

The current troubleshooting step taken was reinstalling the driver.

We've had this happen sporadically and I believe our workaround for it was to remove the power from the Dymo printer and unplug the USB cable, remove any pending print jobs in the queue and plug everything back in.
