Roxio Media Manager

Cannot get Roxio Media Manager to stop coming up. Every time I reboot the message appears "please wait while windows configures Roxio Media Manager"
I attempted  to remove program but it keeps telling me that another program is installing.
Went into registry and deleted all roxio media manager entries.
Any soggestions

Went into registry and deleted all roxio media manager entries.<< not a good move I dare say you would  be regretting that now,
did you export the regestry keys first? really the best way to remove a tool is uninstall it so that services are stopped first.
Take a look in msconfig at the start up programs and disable them that way they wont start with windows
reboot
Does that resolve it?
you may have to re-install Roxio media manager now. Manually delete all references and folders so that it will install again.

If you have not installed the program correctly then allow windows to to install it be patient incase it is connecting to the internet to check for updates.
Check the task manager any Roxio services running , msiexec.exe  ?
These may assist you as well
