Office 2003 - Importing email, email address, etc

I'm switching from OE 6 to Office 2003 (Outlook) for my email, etc - how do I import my email, email address, etc from OE 6 to Office 2003 (Outlook)?  Thanks -

You can do this via File > Import and Export, and select "Import from another program or file."  Click next, then click outlook express, and outlook should take care of the rest.

Hello dpsmithers,

It will import emails or address book.  You have to select one or the other, but not both at same time.
