Mailbox, UserDisabled (get-mailboxstatistics, ObjectClass)

We have an user not over mailbox storage quota, but unable to check or send mail although new messages are delivered to the mailbox just fine. Get-mailboxstatistics shown ObjectClass  -> Mailbox, Userdisabled:
LastLogoffTime          : 4/7/2009 10:26:11 AM
LastLogonTime           : 4/7/2009 10:26:11 AM
ObjectClass             : Mailbox, UserDisabled
StorageLimitStatus      : BelowLimit
TotalDeletedItemSize    : 54235729B
TotalItemSize           : 387214329B

The account will not expire until 2011.  I checked all account settings but could not find anything wrong.  Any suggestions?

Can you check running get-mailboxpermission for this user and compare it with the working user. May be he does have some permission issue.

Persmissions look correct too:
NT AUTHORITY\SELF    {FullAccess, SendAs, ReadPermission}

I have cleared the error by moving the mailbox to another mailboxdatabase.  I don't have a theory though.
