How to enable web service extensions and Enable 32 bit support on IIS 7.0 on 64 bit windows 2008 OS?

How to enable web service extensions in IIS 7.0?
Specifically, enabling ASP.NET as shown in the attached file in IIS 6.0

on a 64 bit windows 2008 machine, i would like to enable IIS 7.0 to support 32 bit.
I know that this was possible on a 64 bit IIS 6.0, by setting Enable32BitAppOnWin64 = true
Is this different in any way, on IIS 7.0?
