Citrix Issue - ImaSrv.exe - Application Error

Has anyone ever come across this. I can't find much on the web about it or on Citrix's website.

It's running:
Windows 2003 Standard Edition SP2 and Citrix Presentation Server 4.5

Event Type:	Information

Event Source:	Application Popup

Event Category:	None

Event ID:	26

Date:		3/27/2009

Time:		3:45:04 PM

User:		N/A

Computer:	Server1

Description:

Application popup: ImaSrv.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x776a4002" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
 

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

The error is a pretty generic application crash error. The most obvious suggestion would be to run hardware diagnostics (focusing on memory and hard disk - possible CPU). Run checkdsk on the server's drives. Should that all checkout good, try repair/reinstall of XenApp/CPS.
