RM Manager - Host is not configured for replication manager

try this:

1. To run this program, click Start and choose Run from the Start Menu.
2. Type cmd and click OK to access a command prompt.
3. Run the deletecookies program from the bin directory under the location
where you installed the Replication Manager Client software.
For example C:\Program Files\EMCerm\client\bin\deletecookies

Went to the directory and ran the program but it did not work.
Attempted to setup host but it showed the same error as you see in the attached file from original post showing host error.

Ok Try This Next
Look for cc_data.dat and delete that file.

I searched but it was not found.
I did clear the registry key.
I have completed everything on that error message printout and
I continue to get the same error.
