Cannot make RVS4000 vpn tunnel work

Hello I have 2 RSV4000 at two different office locations, I have been trying to setup the VPN tunnel connection the status says UP but when I ping the other location it does not work

I attach my screens if this can help you understand my situation

The first thing I notice is the local and remote security groups are set as "IP" rather than subnet. A site to site VPN is usually to connect 2 networks not 2 IP's so you need to choose type as subnet and then set the last octet of the IP to '0' such as 192.168.10.0 and 192.168.11.0 to represent it as a subnet. Subnet mask if needed will stay the same; 255.255.255.0

Following example shows static IP on one end and dynamic at the other, but should give you a good example just use the static configuration types.
