Missing Outlook attendees

Hello All,  I have a user that says When he brings up a previously scheduled meeting and clicks on the "Scheduling" tab, He only sees his name.   None of the other attendees show up.
I have checked his calendar and only his name is on the list....   There should be at least three internal people and one external person on the attendee list besides the creator of the appointment.....

Thank you,  Michael

What is happening when you check the Mailbox using OWA. Does it give you the same issue.
If yes then there could be a mailbox corruption. could try moving the mailbox to another mailbox database and check.

Thanks,

Thanks for the post x-sam.  I will have the user login to the OWA and take a look.  If it gives the same issue you mentioned moving the mailbox to another database.  I don't have another database.  Just the one information store.  would there be another way?

Thanks,  -Michael

Hi I found the cause and thought I would share it in case anyone else came across this.   I found an article in the  MS KB that stated.

When a recurring item has one or more exceptions and the item contains attendees, the attendees may be deleted and may not appear in the Attendee Availability tab of the Calendar item.

Also, These issues may occur when you synchronize Microsoft Outlook Calendar items (appointments, tasks, meeting requests, and so on) with a hand held Organizer such as Palm.

it turns out that the user uses a handheld device to sync his calendar and he made some changes on the device that effected his calendar in his outlook.
